RETURN POLICY
Hydrogrowersusa.com guarantees your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date, provided the product is still in its original packaging.
We will refund the full purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling costs.
In order to return an item you must e-mail support@Hydrogrowersusa.com with your name, address, order number and reason for return. We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will not accept returns unless an, RA# has been issued. We will only issue a refund once the goods have been received. We will not accept returns on used items and without original packaging.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you change your mind about an order and would like to cancel or change an order, please e-mail us at support@Hydrogrowersusa.com and make sure to include your order number. We will do our best to fulfill your request so long as the order has not yet shipped. If it has shipped, and you would like to return your order or part of your order, then you must follow our return policy procedures as stated above.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Please allow 2 business days for order processing. UPS ground service will take between 2-7 business days. Please note that shipping timeframes are calculated from the day the package leaves the warehouse, not from the day the order was placed. SHIPPING RATES
Standard UPS ground charges for shipping within the continental United States are applicable. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. If the customer is not there to receive a package, UPS will make 3 attempts or if the area is safe they will leave the package at the door. After 3 delivery attempts the package will be returned to HydrogrowersUSA and the customer will be refunded the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping back to us. The same conditions apply if a customer refuses a package.
FOR ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO
A surcharge will apply for shipments to these areas. The time frame will depend on which zone the goods are shipped to. Hydrogrowersusa.com cannot offer flat rate shipping to these areas. Please contact us at 1-866-411-0855 for a freight quote to theses areas.
